Germany: volume of field vegetables -12%

Germany, in 2013, 3.21 million tonnes of vegetables from field cultivation was harvested in total, German Agrarmarkt Informations-Gesellschaft (AMI) reports on its website. That's around 12% less than a year before, and also about 5% less than the average in the past five years. The harvest quantity, however, lagged behind for almost all vegetable varieties, compared to the 2012 harvest quantity.
