Easier navigation on airline's new website

In it’s ongoing effort to be closer to customers, Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo has revamped it’s website. Based on customer input, the website now offers a fresh and better-structured design.

The new website offers more space on the homepage for those activities most often used by customers. There is more promotional space to keep customers up to date on what’s new at Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo. There are also more alternative navigation options and at the same time all activities are never more than three clicks away.

The website offers a clear overview of the logistical solutions that meet the specific needs of customers. Next to this, the status of shipments can be checked, the flight schedule can be discovered and the market rates and conditions can be found. In line with the integration of Martinair in the group, the Martinair website has been incorporated in the new site.

The new website is built on a complete new platform (Liferay). This state of the art platform enables the company to bring even more new online services to customers as well as improve current online services like online tracking - schedules - and rates.
