This new facility, as with the current nursery in Mooketsi, will focus on grafted vegetable young plants besides the routine production and supply of high quality un-grafted vegetable seedlings. Grafted vegetable young plants play a major role in the battle with soil borne diseases and even more so after the implementation of Methyl Bromide ban. Grafted vegetable plants can deliver a higher yield and a higher fruit quality and farmers are encouraged to learn and create experience with the use of this powerful yet costly product.
