Serbia: Vino Zupa gives € 1 mln for development

Aleksandrovac-based wine producer Vino Zupa started reconstruction of the cold storage with a capacity of 1.500 tonnes, which will have positive effects on operations of the newly-established company Zupa Frigo, and company as a whole, reports Serbia and Montenegro Today.

Zupa Frigo Director Srbislav Stankovic said that the value of the latest investment was about EUR 1 million. He also said that Zupa Frigo would also install the line for cherry processing, while the palette of eco-products manufactured by the company would be extended.

Stankovic added that construction of a new frozen fruit cold storage also enabled processing of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and cherries and their packing into an optimum type of packaging.
