Ambassador Mkhize is a trustee of Malibongwe Women’s Development, an organisation which participates in the Velakhwezi Consortium, the driving force behind Freedom Fruit.

Freedom Fruit (Ptd) Ltd will not be sending any Christmas Cards this year. Instead we will be arranging a special treat for the 65 handicapped, abandoned children of The Golden Girls care centre in Guguletu, a townhip in Cape Town. This care centre has been “adopted” by Freedom Fruit, and is largely dependent on donations.
